Natural gas requirements:

Within 1 meter before the gas inlet pressure regulating valve of the unit, the natural gas pressure should be maintained at 100-300 kPa (for turbochargers) or 50-300 kPa (for non turbochargers).

The methane volume content in natural gas should not be less than 70% to ensure combustion efficiency and stability.

The content of H2S (hydrogen sulfide) should be ≤ 20mg/Nm3 to avoid corrosion to the unit.

The particle size of impurities should be less than 5 μ m, and the impurity content should be ≤ 30mg/Nm3 to maintain the cleanliness of the gas and prevent blockage and wear.

Biogas requirements:

The temperature of biogas should be ≤ 40 ℃ to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

The pressure of biogas should be within the range of 3-10kPa, and the rate of pressure change should be ≤ 1kPa/min to maintain stable gas supply.

The methane volume content in biogas should not be less than 40%, and the rate of change should be ≤ 2%/min to ensure combustion efficiency.

H2S content ≤ 200mg/Nm3, NH3 (ammonia) content ≤ 20mg/Nm3, to reduce corrosion to the unit.

Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3, keep biogas clean.

The moisture content in biogas is ≤ 40g/Nm3 to avoid damage to the unit caused by excessive moisture.

Gas requirements:

The gas temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃.

The gas pressure should be within the range of 3-10kPa, and the pressure change rate should be ≤ 1kPa/min.

The methane volume content in gas shall not be less than 9%, with a change rate of ≤ 2%/min, or the sum of methane and oxygen volume content shall not be less than 28%, with oxygen volume content not less than 16%, to ensure combustion efficiency and safety.

Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3.

The hydrogen sulfide content should not exceed 200mg/m3 to reduce corrosion to the unit.

Coke oven gas requirements:

The temperature of coke oven gas should be ≤ 40 ℃.

The pressure of coke oven gas should be within the range of 3-10kPa, and the rate of pressure change should be ≤ 1kPa/min.

The volume content of hydrogen in coke oven gas is ≤ 60% to avoid damage to the unit caused by excessive hydrogen.

H2S content ≤ 200mg/Nm3, NH3 content ≤ 20mg/Nm3, to reduce corrosion to the unit.

Tar content ≤ 50mg/Nm3 to maintain gas cleanliness.

Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3.

The moisture content in coke oven gas is ≤ 40g/Nm3.
